I didn’t chose this career path to tell people what they should and shouldn’t eat. I’m not here to put you on a restrictive diet that leaves you unsatisfied and miserable, and I won’t ever ask you to give up foods that you enjoy eating. My goal as a dietitian is to help my clients improve not only their health, but their relationship with food as well, all while rejecting the diet culture our society has normalized over the decades.
My job is to give the knowledge to make choices that will benefit your health - and I don’t just mean the physical. Whether your goal is weight loss, managing a new diagnosis, decreasing your blood pressure, or you just want to get some guidance on general healthy eating with your lifestyle, it’s all possible without “going on a diet” - and I’m here to help.
